mr. sun yongcai, born in 1964, chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a doctor's degree; professor-level senior engineer; executive director, president and deputy party secretary of the company, also director, general manager and vice party secretary of crrc corporation limited. mr. sun was director and vice general manager, vice chairman and party secretary, and vice general manager of dalian locomotive and rolling stock works; vice chairman and vice general manager of dalian dali rail transit equipment co., ltd.; chief engineer of cnr corporation; and member of the cpc standing committee of cnr group. he was also vice president and member of the cpc standing committee of cnr from december 2010 to may 2015, member of the company’s cpc standing committee from may 2015 to september 2017, and vice president from june 2015 to may 2017. mr. sun has been serving as the company’s executive director since june 2017, deputy party secretary since september 2017, and president since october 2017. mr. sun was awarded the title of “reform pioneer” by the cpc central committee and the state council, and he led the development of the fuxing high-speed train. he is entitled to the special government allowances granted by the state council.
