mr. yu weiping, born in 1966, chinese citizen with no right of abode in any foreign country; holding a doctor's degree; professor-level senior engineer; vice president and member of the cpc standing committee of the company. mr. yu was general manager and party secretary of changchun railway vehicles co., ltd.; chairman/party secretary; chairman/general manager/deputy party secretary, and chairman/deputy party secretary of tangshan railway vehicles co., ltd.; and member of the cpc standing committee of the cnr group. he served as vice president and member of the cpc standing committee of cnr from november 2013 to may 2015, and has been member of the company’s cpc standing committee since may 2015 and vice president since june 2015.
